"When is dog camp?"

For our 2 hour adventures, we generally aim to be out mid-morning into early afternoon, Tuesday through Thursday. 

"My dog has car anxiety.  Is that okay?"

We are not a good fit for dogs with anxiety issues.  If you need suggestions for trainers to contact, please ask.

"Do you accept dogs with MILD aggression towards other dogs or humans?"

Sorry, we do not offer services for any dogs with reactivity.  If you need suggestions for trainers to contact, please ask.

"Do you accept dogs with MILD separation anxiety?"

We are not a good fit for dogs with separation anxiety as we cannot guarantee we'll be with your pup at every moment.  We are out at Dog Camp for a few hours a day (Tuesday-Thursday) in addition to normal day to day activities, such as running to the grocery store.  While we do spend the majority of our time with them, there are times when we cannot have them right at our side.  Dogs with separation anxiety pose a threat not only to themselves, but to the other dogs and our property.  Please be honest about any issues your dog may have.  If you need suggestions for trainers to contact, please ask.

"Does my dog have to be vaccinated?"

Yes.  We require a copy of your dog's vaccination history prior to the time of service.  At a minimum, your dog must be up to date on Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough).  We also encourage vaccinating for Lyme and the use of flea & tick medication.  If your dog is not up to date on their vaccinations at the time of drop off, you will be turned away. 

"What if I need to cancel/reschedule?"

We understand that life happens and sometimes things come up but we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or major schedule changes.  If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged for the full service.  

"When is payment due?"

Payment is due at the time of service.  For our Doggie Staycation options lasting a week or more, we ask that you pay at least 50% up front and the remaining balance at the end of their stay.

"Do you accept credit cards?"

At this time, we are not set up to accept credit cards.  You may pay by cash, check, or via the Venmo app.
